Burner Hydroxycut Liquid
Can anyone see anything unhealthy about this approach to weight loss?
I'm eating right and exercising and am looking for that extra boost for weight loss and appetite suppression.
I take 6 pills all together 2 times a day:
1- One a Day
1- Vitamin B
2- Hydroxycut Advanced
2- Liquid Soft Gel Green Tea Fat Burner
I take them with 2 glasses of water and some sort of food. In the morning usually a bowl of cereal or toast or fruit and at night with dinner (what ever I'm having). Was wondering if there's anything particularly dangerous about that. The Green Tea pills are basically just that, Green tea and Caffeine (pretty sure I remember reading that 2 pills is the equivalent of 4 cups of tea) and the Hydroxycut is Vitamin C and D, some "Super" fruit ingredients, and Caffeine. Both say that they are all natural ingredients so I can't see why it would be too bad for me. Only side effects I've noticed is that my pee is really yellow and I'm a bit jittery.
Any input?
It's a terrible thing to put your body through all that. Weight management is not well understood by the average Joe and there are a lot of scams going on right now. The "b" vitamin pills you are taking are being rejected by your body because they are synthetically made and are derived from coal tar, a petroleum distillate. Just smell the toilet and look at the yellow color, that should tell you something right away. The One-a-day should be called the "NONE-A-DAY" pills because they should never be put into anyone's body. It's all synthetic activators, not vitamins and they are damaging your DNA, thereby shortening your life, certainly not providing some kind of health benefit. You need to understand the relationship of Carbs, Proteins, and Fats and how they work in the body to understand how to manage your weight.
You see, humans were designed to eat lots of fat, modest amounts of protein and very little carbs. The USDA guidelines are a joke and totally upside down in regard to making a person healthy and also to manage weight. Breast milk is considered the most perfect food for humans. Babies that are breast fed, gain weight normally, are healthier than their counterparts that eat formulas and develop much better immune systems than those that are not breast fed. If you follow the USDA requirements, breast milk does not cut the muster and according to them will not pass their requirements!
Cutting out fat simply makes you unhealthy and sets your body into a starvation mode that is totally contrary to how you can easily manage your weight. A high carb diet is very destructive to the body and certainly not something anyone should be proud of that is promoting weight loss, but you see it everywhere. It does, however, generate lots of repeat business and makes shareholders happy.
The notion that all of us should consume low fat diets with the same ratios of macronutrients comes from lunatics that are wanting to take your money, not give you health. If you want to lose weight, you will need more fat in your diet to keep blood sugar levels stable and you will need to cut back on total calories. This will be far easier to do if you eliminate a large portion of the carbohydrates and keep the fat percentage relatively high. If you are an athlete, farmer or laborer burning up large amounts of energy, you can eat more carbohydrates than the rest of us without gaining weight.
The ideal ratio of food to eat is 40% carbs, 30% fats, and 30% protein. The carbs should not be from grains, low density foods like sugar, but from high density carbs. The fats should NOT be from vegetable oils, but from good fats like coconut oil, butter, olive oil, and nuts and seeds. The protein should come from complete proteins like eggs.
All the gimmicks like acai berry, weight loss pills, energy drinks, etc. are all junk and listening to those people will only give you the booby prize.
good luck to you
