I really in search of some1 who can give me some advice.
I have recently started working out at a gym, to be accurate......3weeks.
My main aim at the gym is to loose weight and to get lean and into shape....
Now is where my doubt arises....
I have started consuming Whey Protien Isolate...almost twice daily.
First on an empty stomach...first thing in the morning....., Secondly in the evening just around half an hour before i hit the gym.....
My diet routine is :
1. Protien Shake in the morning with water - 8am
2. Lunch : Home made food ( home made bread and chicken, mostly grill)
3. Protien Shake with water again in the evening - 4-5 pm
4. Creatine - Super Charger 1/2 hr before workout (only on alternate days when i have weight training.....)
5. Gym - 6-8 pm....
6. Fruit juice or fruit salad by 9pm
This is my breaku
I would cut the protein shakes, they are counter productive for weight loss. Don't take protein shakes/bars while you're trying to lose weight. Those are for bodybuilders that spend hours lifting weights. If you're not, then it will add to your excess fat.
