I really want a low costing guitar, probably a starter Pack. I'm 14 and carving to do riffs and stuff like that.

Do not get a starter pack. The amps tend to suck, and the tuners don't work well. Consider sound. The sound you want will greatly affect your options. What kind of look do you want? Keep all of this in mind. The best advice I can give you is to go to a guitar store and tell them the answers to all of these questions and they can help you pick your dream guitar.
