Pokemon Platinum Help?

To get certain pokemon you need to use the Dongle method (dual-slot) which is using a GBA game to help withgetting pokemon on Platinum, do you need to beat the Elite Four to use this?

Also an you specifiy a team with good moves, I might get the Electivire and Magmorter of Battle Revolution if they can be downloaded onto Platinum with Weasle, should I do this?

Also with Gengar and Dongle method, can that happen before Elite Four?

It depends: If you're Dongle Method is being used to search for a Pokemon that isn't in the Sinnoh Dex (let's say, Torkoal), you won't be able to obtain it without the National Dex, which is only obtainable AFTER defeating the Elite Four and seeing all of the Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. If the Pokemon you are searching for is in the Sinnoh Dex (such as Gengar), then you're free to Dongle Away without having to defeat the Elite Four.

As for a team with good moves? I'm not sure exactly what you're asking: do you want me to make a team FOR YOU or do you want me to tell you good moves that work in a team? Either way, you have to give me some Pokemon that you'd like to work with.
