I have a GF grill and the only thing i ever bother to make on it is burgers. Lots of grease drains out but its still a greasy food.
Chicken breast might be less fattening than other meats but it still has plenty of fat in it. Turkey breast is a little bit better but you would still be ingesting lots of calories.
If you are looking for a healthier way to cook chicken you should get these Ziploc microwave steam bags. I like to take chicken breasts, cut them in half so they are thinner (like a cutlet) and rub down both sides of the chicken with garlic salt, basil, and parmesan cheese and put them in the steam bag (DO NOT add water). They come out surprisingly moist and flavorful! After they are done cooking there will be lots of chicken broth in the bag and I sometimes use this for soup or I will use to to make gravy. Melt a little bit of butter, mix it with flour to make a roux, then mix in the chicken broth and heat on the stove until the desired consistency. The only added fat is the little bit of butter and the chicken and gravy taste awesome.

It became apparent to me that while eating healthy foods is important, the best way to lose weight is through exercise and drinking tons of water. When I lost all of that weight I was walking about 9 miles a day (sometimes carrying groceries or a bag of laundry - I didn't have a car), working, and going to school. But because I was burning SO many calories I ate all the time. It was the best I've ever felt in my life. I'm losing weight again, slowly but surely. Just dont focus on diet too much, better to focus on burning calories, then you can eat whatever you like.
