Looking for ways to cook salmon, anybody out there from Hells Kitchen or Top Chef?
Ok ppl heres what i got 2 pieces of salmon steaks abount a inch thick. I would like some imput on how to cook on skillet or on the grill. I have never cooked this before. Im trying to surprise my lady friend with this nice lunch. So you ppl go on ahead and help me out here.

melt 1 table spoon butter WITH some drops of oil
(so the butter does not burn) in skillet, bake salmon four to five
minutes on each side, THAN add some lemon juice and cover for
2 minutes. Salt and pepper last, pour liquid over fish.
Also verrry easy.
Preheat oven, place fish in baking dish, sprinkle with lemon juice,
cover with sour cream, bake for 5-8 minutes.
to serve, sprinkle with green onions.
