George Foreman Lean Mean Fat reducing Grilling machine recipes?
I need some recipes for my G F grill plz no onions peppers toamatoes or pork thanks would like to have some recipes for snacks, lunches, suppers, i kinda dont want breakfast ones but if you want to its ok.
When it comes to using a George Foreman grilling machine simple is the best. I have one and use it regularly, even with bone-in chicken. Keep the grilled product simple and have fun with the vegetables and potatoes. The easiest seasoning to use is Morton's Natures Season. It's a combination of salt, pepper, onion, garlic and parsley. Add a little smoke flavoring and that's all you need. If you don't want to use Morton's you could always use Lawry's.
Here's my suggestions but rule #1 is to not overcook. Everything cooks VERY quickly.
Beef - burgers, steaks, etc. Add some seasonings and smoke flavoring.
Chicken - if it has bones start it in the microwave to ensure it gets cooked inside. Try chicken wings with barbeque sauce. YUM! Or cook them without the sauce and just seasonings and then dip them in blue cheese dressing or salsa.
Fish/seafood - Any kind you like. Add some seasonings and a little lemon juice. I love grilling shrimp and scallops. I just add a little Morton's and lemon juice.
Sandwiches - Any kind you like can be grilled. Meat and cheese combinations work the best. Just spread them with a little butter and use the machine like a panini maker. It makes awesome grilled cheese. Try using several varieties of really good cheese.
Vegetables - Any kind you like would taste great grilled including potatoes
Sausages, hot dogs and bratwurst all taste great when grilled and you can even grill the buns.
Almost any meat or fish goes well with a baked potato and vegetable of your choice.
The things you can do with the grill are endless. Just use your imagination. Almost anything that can be cooked can be grilled.
