Can i return/exchange a half empty lotion from bath and body works?
So i bought a travel sized lotion that smelled good at the store. I used it for a while and now its half gone. And now for some reason i cant stand the smell anymore!! Can i still return it or exchange it?
But in their return policy it says " If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for something else in our store or receive a merchandise credit card to use whenever you like." so im just wondering if i could return something half empty
too late but you can try , Plus the trial size are not that expensive your aren't losing nothing.
I really doubt that they will refund your money probably you can exchange .
