Water Pill
Last year the FDA advised consumers not to buy or use more than 25 products marketed for weight loss because they contain active pharmaceutical ingredients that may pose a risk to your health. Those weight loss pills have been declared a danger to your health.
Some of those products, which are sold over the counter at pharmacies and online include; 2 Day Diet, 3 Day Diet, 24 Hours Diet, 7 Day Herbal Slim and Perfect Slim, just to name a few.
According to a press release by the FDA those products have not been approved and they have been declared illegal and harmful to consumers.
If you are using any of these products the FDA is warning about, the FDA advises you to stop taking those products and consult your health care professional immediately. You are encouraged to seek guidance from a health care professional before purchasing weight loss products.
When you gained the extra weight you carry around, was it because of pills or supplements? Of course not, so use common sense and think about what you did to gain weight and then reverse the process.
Do pills for weight loss really work?
There have been reported cases of individuals actually having success with weight loss pills. The problem with supplements and pills to lose weight is that they are a quick fix method that offers fast results which are temporary. Furthermore, you can become dependent on them and to make matters worse, you gain the weight back again.
For many other individuals, pills do not work for them. Recent studies have shown that some pills only act as placebos and do not give any real benefits. That would be the same as taking water pills or some other harmless and ineffective remedy.
I encourage you to THINK before you put anything in your body, your temple, if you do not know what is in it. Would you write a blank check with only your signature on it? ALWAYS read the labels on containers, packages, boxes or anything packaged before you put them in your mouth.
One last note; love and respect yourself, be self-disciplined and motivated, then your goal of losing weight in a healthy way will be easy, fast and safe without chemicals, supplements and pills to lose weight.
In conclusion, my recommendation is to avoid weight loss pills and supplements. Experience losing weight the old fashioned way; a combination of exercise, nutritional diet and drinking plenty of water.
