Genrally roasting coffee is going to depend on the coffee you start with, and how you plan to use it. An espresso roast will be completely different to a roast for drip coffee.
As a guideline you are looking for a temperature just over 150C, with a total roast time between 10 and 15 minutes, longer give a more bitter "strong" dark taste suitable for espresso, especially the "charbucks" style, while a lighter shorter roast would suit sweeter, more acidic single origin for drip.
